Whew, I've already done a lot of pre-baking this year. Among my new favorites are your rosemary fans. They're done and in the freezer, ready for the big day! :) I've also been freezing the bits and pieces of leftover bread to make Cranberry Chestnut Dressing.

I, too, baked the white and 10 grain bread for my turkey stuffing already, but the saffron olive oil challah was YUMMY if I do say so myself. In fact, our entire dinner was extraordinary which is saying alot, cause I don't like turkey much. Hope you all had great turkey dinners!
